2. Nature of the site

The site presents development projects and homes. Price lists, descriptions and visuals are informational. This is not an e-shop: you cannot conclude a purchase contract or pay for a home through the site. A binding relationship arises only from a separate contract off this website.

Some projects link to a third-party site. That operator is responsible for the content and sale there.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, logos and graphics are protected. Do not copy them for commercial use without written consent. You may browse the site and share links to public pages.

4. Liability

We aim to keep information current, but unit availability, prices and dates can change. The site may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to, nor for decisions you make solely from information on this site without checking with us.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be heard by the competent Czech courts, generally those for the operator’s seat in Brno, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
